South Africa

The proven Interplay Learning Online Skilled Trades Training Courses is brought to the South African market to enhance the quality of our artisan skill training, boost job creation and rapidly transform our skills training landscape – with innovation and a team of experts that supports our local socio-economic paradigm.

Our goal is Training-4-Jobs. To be successful, we also need to equip learners with essential development skills and build a strong local ecosystem of support for the learners, around the platform, so that they can evolve and thrive into competent skilled workers.

Our Offering

Interplay Africa is launching on the African continent through a Pilot Project in South Africa.

We are launching as a Multi-funded Pilot Project in July 2022. Various training and community organisations in South Africa will recruit and support learners from their local communities at their respective training centres. While the training process is taking place, we have the opportunity to collaborate, design and build the necessary support ecosystems.

Our Pilot Programme offers a bespoke solution comprising of:

Learn Evaluation

Each learner candidate undergoes our vocational aptitude assessment, which determines their ability to perform tasks in the programme that are aligned their career choice.

Interplay Academy

Interplay Academy offers our learners an online guided programme that equips them with essential developmental skills aligned to the selected artisan trade skill training.

SkillMill Africa

SkillMill is the world’s leading, always-on immersive learning solution for the skilled trades, delivering a growing catalog of courses and a comprehensive suite of measurement and engagement tools.

Centre for Human Flourishing

The Centre for Human Flourishing is our partner organisation which provides our learners with Mentoring/ Coaching, Workplace exposure and Job opportunities support while they are in training.

Practical Assessment

Each learner that successfully completes the SkillMill training programme has to complete an “Analogue” evaluation against the SkillMill Simulations that are required for occupational competency in the South African market.
